A traveling photo memorial exhibition.

This project, "Lost at Sea: Remembering the Victims of the F/V Investor Murders," is both a photographic exhibition and an online portal to remember the lives of the eight individuals killed in Alaska's deadliest unsolved multiple murder event in September 1982.

It was designed to explore the far-reaching impacts of violence on small communities, while also being a platform for thoughtful dialogue among people who share a common experience of loss and a desire to rekindle a sense of connectivity following tragedy.

This project is supported in part by a grant from the Alaska Humanities Forum and the National Endowment for the Humanities, a federal agency. Any views, findings, conclusions or recommendations expressed in this exhibition and Facebook group page do not necessarily represent those of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
